For over 16 years, Roger Hale has worked in the property management industry. He currently holds the position of Real Estate Broker and Director of Operations for Guardian Real Estate, LLC, a full-service real estate company in Omaha. Mr. Hale has interest in over 130 apartment units, more than 15,000 square feet of commercial space, and a 286-space parking garage.
Roger Hale's expertise also includes tax credit compliance. For a property containing over 250 tax credit apartments, he was responsible for monitoring and evaluating all credits and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. He has also supervised portfolios at Guardian Real Estate and has spent more than 10 years as an investment property owner.
Roger Hale has worked with a wide variety of residential properties and has successfully expanded his real estate management portfolio into the commercial sector. His success at Guardian Real Estate may be attributed to his seasoned experience and sound judgment. All properties that he has directly managed have improved in performance, due to his effective budgeting and the strategies he has implemented to reduce delinquent payments.
Prior to his work with Guardian Real Estate, Roger Hale managed portfolios for the Omaha-based Seldin Company, where he was responsible for marketing and administering a tax credit portfolio. Mr. Hale developed capital improvement programs and improved the budget. While at Seldin, he saw property values increase and achieved higher occupancy levels.
Roger Hale has extended his talents to work with financial agencies, including the Midwest Housing Equity Group, Inc., the Iowa Finance Authority, and the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority. Mr. Hale has worked with NuStyle Corporation, a tax credit housing developer in the Midwest. Furthering his skills and expressing his commitment to public safety, he completed the Crime Free Multi-Family Housing Program, a program hosted by the Omaha Police Department. He additionally participated in a fair housing seminar organized by the Omaha Housing Authority.
Roger Hale holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. His studies focused on real estate and land use economics. Mr. Hale also possesses real estate broker licenses in Nebraska and Iowa.
